From welcome to consultation, blending digitized tools and sensorial rituals, we’re working step-by-step with hairdressers to transform every part of the service with the personalized care only a professional can deliver. Creating customization services to suit both hair and mood on the day, the stylist first assesses the customer's hair then mixes the best care on the spot. With one-to-one personalized expertise, every visit becomes unique. For the wow - superior results salon consumers see and feel - together with relaxed and memorable experiences every time.

Pioneering the sustainable transformation of the professional beauty

For many years, the Professional Products Division has been committed to a sustainable transformation. Contributing to the Groups’ program on sustainability, L'Oréal For the Future, our goal is to embed sustainability throughout our value chain from our products’ packaging and formulas to their production and transportation.

Our Division is going even further with the launch of the Hairstylists for the Future program.This initiative will continue to transform the hairstyling industry and engage all hairstylists in the sustainable transition. The three main pillars of the program are to reduce the water consumption in salons, assist with the transition to renewable energy and help manage waste responsibly through recycling programs.
